Class Evaluation
  1. Some things I liked about this class were the videos that came along the SSS that gave us and example of what each of them meant. I also enjoyed doing the medical research each morning to start my day off well informed.
  2. One thing I didn't like about this class was the music because since we have it real early in the morning then I hear this kind of music and really tired then it makes me really sleepy.
  3. I have no recommendations for improving this class at all other than the music and maybe watching even more videos on people choosing the right all over the world.
  4. A highlight for me int his class was to every day come in to accomplish a medical research career and inform myself about all the kind of careers there are available in the medical field.
  5. I feel like I did my best in this class but at the same time I feel like I didn't because I feel like I could've done way better than my sufficient effort in this class.
  6. I was constantly reading and writing in my life Planning Goals Journal but ever since Volleyball tryouts and then me being on the team and going to my practices its been really hard to keep but I will do my best this weekend to catch up. I do read them but I haven't been able to give myself some time to actually write and reflect on it.
  7. Yes I am committed to being a CTR person because I do believe that it will make me go far and help me accomplish all of my goals.
  8. I will teach others what Mr. Haymore taught me best to always choose the right because you will receive things back both physically mentally and emotionally. and best believe they will be good things..
  9. I will always remember Mr. Haymore being so happy and positive all the time and how he taught us to always CTR no matter what, 24/7.

“You Will Go Far With CTR”
-Mr. Haymore
This final quote of the year means a lot in many different ways. For example, Mr. Haymore has taught us and reminded us throughout the whole year that choosing the right will always bring you the good and positive things you need in life. Choosing the right will make you the real MVP in almost everyone’s eyes. Choosing the right whether it comes to studying or any other important decision in life it will make you become someone important. You followed your goals and CTR helped you achieve them because it helped you focus on your goals to constantly remind you that they are still waiting for you to accomplish them.and that throughout your journey you will always for sure find thousands and thousands of obstacles but CTR is the only guide you need that will help you overcome them all and achieve what you want no matter what. Thank you Mr. Hamore for everything you have taught is this whole year.

This one choice, The Ultimate Choice, is your keystone for being the best student and person you can possibly be. This one choice will forever affect you for good more than any other choice.
THE ULTIMATE CHOICE is:
To be a CTR Person-to Always CHOOSE THE RIGHT 24/7!!!
Mr. Haymore
This quote written by Mr. Haymore is a very impactful statement in my life. This statement has allowed me to get through my sophomore year in a very positive and fun way. When ever I was stuck between two very important decisions in my 10th grade year this statement helped me pick the best one out of it. Whatever decisions I took there was never a single time I would end up regretting it. This statement got me through some very difficult and rough times in my life this 2015-2016 year. If there is something I would do for sure in life is always look back to this quote so it can remind that I should always choose the right 24/7 no matter what. Thank You Mr. Haymore!!!!!!!!!

Challenges Teens Face Today
  1. What are several of the major challenges teens deal with today?
1.Drugs 4.Constant need to look good
2.Study Pressure 5.Drinking & Smoking
3.Pressure in a relationship 6.Social Media
  1. What are one or two major challenges YOU are dealing with today? What are you doing about it?
One of the major challenges in my life is the constant pressure to excel in all aspects of life. Another challenge that gets to me is the constant need to look good, in other words very insecure about my appearance and body image. For the education challenge I am trying to balance my grades and keep them up i want to excel in all aspects of my life and whatever it’s involved in. On the appearance part I am trying to work out as much as i can to have my life balanced and my body as well. So i can no longer feel insecure about my appearance.
  1. How does a CTR person help you to overcome any challenges you may face?
By being a CTR person it helps me overcome many of these challenges because it helps me remind myself not to do something wrong or stupid to get the easy way out in what I want to achieve. And it helps me remind myself how the hard way out is always the best and right way.
  1. How can you help other teens to overcome their challenges?
Talking to them is the best way to make them realize that what they’re doing is wrong. Although I know that us teens think that talking it out is the best choice to make us feel better, but it really is because you get to hear yourself and you realize by your own that everything you’re
going through is absurd because at the end it has no point to over think about it.
  1. Reflection: What is the greatest need that teens have?

The most important thing a teen seeks for in their teenage life is attention, to know and make sure they matter to someone.
Beautiful Character
Character:
If there is beauty in character,
there will be harmony in the home.
If there is harmony in the home,

If there is beauty in character,
there will be peace in the world.
-Chinese Proverb
This chinese proverb mean that a person with beautiful character, in other words a CTR person, will always bring peace to the world. They will bring tranquility and harmony to your home and if everyone decides to volunteer then it can and will bring peace to the whole nation. Choosing the right always makes you feel good about yourself it makes you believe that you can actually create and cause a positive change in the world by being a CTR person and sharing your good vibes. Being a good person with great qualities that not only benefit yourself but others as well make you a person with beauty character.
