Right

What Twain is trying to tell you is that no matter what or whatever circumstances you are in always do what's right. It doesn't matter if you have to stand alone always do what is right not ever caring about whether you are alone or have no one to stand by you and support you. An example would be, you are getting ready for your final. Doing right would be you being by yourself and studying hard to pass those finals not caring about whether you are alone. Doing wrong would be you not caring about your finals and going out with your friends to laugh, have fun, drink and smoke. Therefore, these examples show you how Twain is trying to tell us how its always the best to do what's right even if it means to stand alone... who cares just do it and go for it.
