The Harmful Effects of Tobacco
  1. Write specifics how tobacco harms you
It harms you by affecting your mood stimulation, you get poor vision, you become more anxious and irritable, lung cancer, COPD(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease), blood cancer, high cholesterol, smelly hair, yellow fingers, stained teeth, wrinkly skin, infertility, erectile dysfunction, and problems with pregnancy and newborn.
  1. Include data statistics and graphs about tobacco’s harmful effects
  • Cigarettes contain about 600 ingredients. When they burn, they generate more than 7,000 chemicals, according to the American Lung Association
  • Many of those chemicals are poisonous and at least 69 of them can cause cancer

  1. What percentage of teens smoke?
Nearly 90% of adult smokers begin smoking before the age of 18 and 14% seniors reported smoking last month of high school.
  1. How can you promote Non-Smoking?
I can start creating anti-smoking campaigns and create young adolescents  rehab centers.
