This quote means that when people cheat they usually think to themselves that it is alright to do it. They believe that they will be capable to put up with the consequences coming along their acts. Cheaters go no where in life. They themselves capture themselves in their own cage that limits them to other opportunities. They will most likely fail in life because nobody is going to want hem . They will not tolerate you because you can never trust a cheater to have your back in any job or situation.
