To me this quote means that in order to succeed, achieve, or get to something you want in life education is the answer to your goals. No matter what education is always going to get what you what you want in life. Basically, in other words, education is the answer to all your problems or goals.
Ex. If I want to be a paramedic then I'll have to go through education in order to succeed what I want to accomplish in life.
