& Responsibilities: A nursing home administrator runs a long-term care facility,
including admitting patients, managing the building directing staff, budgeting,
accounting, and financial planning.
Salary:
$65,000 -
$90,000
Education: Must have bachelor’s
degree and most hold master’s degree in health administration and other
relevant fields.
Reflection:
I would like
to be a Nursing Home Administrator because I feel that I can get to experience
new experiences with the elders. But at the same time I wouldn’t because I want
a career that involves some outdoor action.
