What this quote is trying to say is that when it comes to a goal you want to achieve in life what will definitely make the difference is you having the enough enthusiasm. Because enthusiasm is everything and most importantly its motivation. In order to get things done you need to always have enthusiasm toward it as your only motivation from yourself. Because if you are trying to get something done and you don't feel enthusiasm towards it then what the point of you achieving it either way. Why try to get something done when you have no passion for it, whats the point. Trust me enthusiasm as motivation is the only everything you need to get what you want achieved.
