This quote specifically tells you that in life what is the most important or matters the most is the fact of you being or doing whats right, fair and honorable. Life is not all about winning or loosing. what will there be from it when you go to the tomb. An example would be that if you are willing to have integrity or dignity of yourself you would do what you feel is right. If you are invited to smoke and drink and you say no this means that you are making yourself honorable by staying clean and you are doing whats right and whats the best for you. An example of being fair would be you treating every single person the same way you want to be treated by them. an like this you will go to the tomb knowing you did what was right, fair and honorable.
